Construction has always been part of our lives. Growing up, our family renovated two homes from the ground up, and our father worked as a contractor. From an early age, we were on job sites, learning what it means to put in hard work, pay attention to the details, and take pride in building something that lasts. Both of our parents were self-employed, so the idea of working for ourselves has always felt natural.

As we got older, carpentry and construction became more than just skills—it became a passion and the path we knew we wanted to follow. When it came time to start our own business, we chose the name Olson to honor our late mother’s family name. It’s our way of carrying her with us and keeping those family roots at the heart of what we do.
