• Confirm trim style for interior (e.g., colonial casing) and exterior (aluminum, PVC, or painted wood).

3. Removal & Inspection

• Careful removal of old windows or doors.

• Check for rot, water damage, or framing issues.

• If problems are found, we review solutions with you before moving forward.

4. Framing & Prep Work

• Reframe or adjust openings if they are out-of-square or damaged.

• Add insulation and weatherproofing materials.

• Install proper flashing around openings to prevent leaks.

5. Installation

• New window/door is set level and plumb.

• Fastened to manufacturer specifications.

• Gaps are filled and insulated for efficiency.

6. Interior Trim Work

• Install interior casing (colonial, modern, or customer-specified).

• Sand, paint, or stain finishes as needed.

• Ensure clean transitions to existing walls and finishes.

7. Exterior Trim Work

• Install aluminum coil, PVC, or custom wood trim around exterior.

• Ensure all joints are sealed and watertight.

• Match siding and existing exterior finishes for a seamless look.

8. Final Review & Clean-Up

• Confirm smooth operation of windows/doors, locks, and hardware.

• Walk-through with homeowner to review work.

• Full disposal of old materials and site clean-up.
